Meeting was called to order by Laura Richards. Those attending were: Kay Smith, Bud Taylor, Tommy Griffin, Jowanna Griffin, Johnny Bull, Laura Richards, Debby Cowden, C.G. Tiles, Jack Ellison, Ann Ellison Anderson, Heather Basurto, Rhonda Kea, Paul Smith, and Bill Mathes.

There was no formal Agenda for the meeting. The only business as to prepare the registration booklets to be mailed. Label, tape, and rubber band the booklets in batches of twenty five and keep them in numerical order by zip code.

We used Direct Mailing Solutions out of Midland for our mailout because there was not a local "Presorted Standard US Postage Paid" permit holder in Crane. The cost for mailout will be $.22 for the 797’s and $.28 for all other. Using regular mail or the City’s permit would have cost us approximately $.57 per piece. Heather Basurto will take the booklets to Midland to Direct Mailing Solutions to mail. Once the company has counted the pieces, Heather will pay for the service by check.

The task was completed and meeting at 9:30. The next meeting will be June 6, 2005, 7:00 p.m. Chamber Building.
